What holds YOU back from being, doing, or having what you want in life?

We tend to collect 'evidence' to prove that our worst fears about ourselves are true.

The good news is, you can change your mind about yourself, your potential, and your circumstances in an instant.

Once your self-perception changes, it becomes easier and easier to replace procrastination, self-sabotage and unhealthy habits with purpose, plans and ease of action.

Tools we'll use when working together facilitate a reconnection between the mind and the body. These include self-applied bioenergetic techniques (meridian tapping, NLP, TAT) that you can keep and use for a lifetime. Great changes can happen when stressful thought patterns - and the feelings and physical symptoms they create - are stopped in their tracks.

What does performance have to do with health, and for that matter, wealth? The same blocks that tell us to withhold some of who we really are at work and in our relationships often co-exist with poor self-care habits, scarcity thinking and even unconscious resistance to financial wealth.
